So! By the encouragement of Kyrie, I am posting one of my favourite dishes to make on here. Be it apple or strawberry, my Mama goes nuts over these things. Know why? Coz I can cook like a mother-flubber. True story. O:

This little crepe happens to be filled with cream-cheese frosting, strawberries (dur), strawberry-syrup and honey, topped with more syrup, whipped cream, and cinnamon. Pretty, no? The bit of editing I did to this picture makes the syrup seem like supa-bright blood. MUAHAHAHAH!

Buy, yeah. They're tiresome but fun to make~

This looks great. A tiny bit more fixing and this would be perfect. Whipped cream looks nice. The crepe is rolled up nicely. but dust a bit more of the spice on the whipped cream but not too much. The sauce you must fix for better appeal. I think this dish clicks :) Perfect on plating your dishes and I know soon that you could impress your girlfriend/boyfriend and your family and soon your customers as well. Try harder and you will achieve better goals soon. But the main problem to this dish though, is that it's messy really. Just need to clean up a bit and fix it up nicely. Other than that you're doing fine.

Wow, thank you, Maddy! It was very tasty. I just wish the pattern I used to put the syrup on had stayed long enough for me to capture it on camera. Ah, well.
